• User-Generated Content: We do not access or store your Instagram posts or any content you publish on your own account.

• Account Management: To create, maintain, and delete your Tonic account.
• Communications: To send you transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, policy updates) and support responses.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Immediate Deletion: Upon your request to delete your account, all personal information (including backups and logs) is permanently erased from our systems without delay.
• Self-Service Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via the App's settings.
